
This was my 2nd letter which i already sent to the office of the DTI and NTC. this time the letter show fraudulence and how personnel of the said company critically loosing its credibilty to serve their clients. "mas mabuting ipasara!"

Complain for: Sun Cellular Network Management and
A.) Another fraudulent incident from a Sun Cellular personnel of the Sun Cellular contact center.
It was in the 18th of June when I receive a call from a Sun Cellular Personnel using an ordinary subscriber’s number (+639229224722). I wonder why it wasn’t being a company number used. The call was in connection with my first complain letter which I already forwarded to the NTC Cagayan de Oro City Office. The personnel name is Mr. Jason Jacob. We talked for almost an hour and it was all about my complains, in the middle of our conversation many times it was cut, not because of the 15 minutes curfew as usual unlimited calls does neither my signal, and from that I learned “kung nasa opisina din pala nila, nawawalan din pala ng signal”. But unfortunately the calls of Mr. Jason Jacob were not useful as what I want to have about my complaints (investigation or the resolution results). There are times he was not able to provide answers to my technical question and yet the sun cellular contact center representative has not able to prove and to give me the exact details that I have asked, it’s been almost three months. It was actually all me in the phone. Before we end our conversation, Mr. Jason Jacob has also promised me to give their response in forms of letter or even a call. I actually expecting that in the following day, they will be able to give me the results I need. So I assume that they still haven’t found or resolved my complaints. One week after, I called 200 hotline. I ask if I can talk to Mr. Jason Jacob, but a lady Customer Service Representative (CSR) told me that Mr. Jacob is not around but good thing she advised me she can relay my message as soon as Mr. Jason comes back, then there I leave a message, I’m requesting for a return call. Very disappointing that this guy had me waiting for many times.
Few weeks later, I called the 200 hotline again to follow up and wishing that if I can talk with Mr. Jacob, as usual the first person I will talk to is a CSR, they put me on-hold as they try to connect me to the person whom I like to talk with, then after, they told me that Mr. Jacob will just call me in a while, before I say good bye I clarify some information from them first like: “should I just wait in the line?, when will he be calling me?, what number?” That entire question was answered. Again it was very devastating experience, No Mr. JASON JACOB!
Tuesday, July 02, 2008. I called the hotline again at exactly 10:18 P.M. in my clock. I let my call be connected to the supervisor office. There I talked to Mr. Reggie Villegas. There I had again told him about everything. He can’t do anything but to inform Mr. Jason Jacob whom had left the office at 6:30 P.M. The supervisor told me that he will inform Mr. Jacob through E-mail and he can even text him. “Sir, I will inform Mr. Jason Jacob through email and I will let him call you tomorrow early in the morning.”
As usual Mr. Jacob was not able to call me. The whole day I waited for the call. What kind of a service does this contact center is rendering to their clients? How many years do this company operating? Do some of their subscriber were also experiencing same or as much as mine?
B.) Reaction:
These experiences had convinced me to fight over. This company has never really paying attention; they don’t feel about the business which I have just started and was again facing into bankruptcy status. Indeed it was really damaging in my part, it’s very unfair. Well, I think what this company wants is to settle this matter in legal process or in the court. They had my patience edgy all this time. They had already damage my future, facing early debt has been my problems ever since this problem started. I am still currently studying but I doubt I will be able to pay my tuition fee this month since I had lost thousands of money.
I also consider to appear on any local radio station in Cagayan de Oro City or to get appointment from ABS-CBN Northern Mindanao and Kapuso GMA Davao. I believe that Media are the defenders of Truth.
If this complains will succeed and given justice, I believe so that this would be a victory not only to me but to all the people who were also victimized by this unlawful acts by a network provider and will serve as an apposite lesson to them and whom may have done this for many years.

I am again appealing to the honorable authority to please consider my complaints as valid and evidently enough to let the above network mentioned responsible for any inconvenience done to us and they will be given proper sanctions be set to. I can present evidence which is very useful.
